The Global Business Services Site Leader is responsible for leading the hub’s operations, representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery, driving process improvements, and developing team capabilities. The role also focuses on strengthening relationships with service recipients, improving efficiency and productivity, and collaborating with global excellence teams to expand services and support the continued growth and transformation of the GBS organization.

Core Responsibilities

- Serve as a senior business leader, representing the organization with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and execute the strategic vision, objectives, and operating priorities for a large shared services and business operations organization.
- Ensure effective organizational design, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support current and future business needs.
- Drive operational excellence through service delivery, process optimization, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering talent growth, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance service effectiveness.
- Utilize performance metrics and data-driven insights to identify root causes,



implement solutions, and support informed decision-making.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across teams.
- Collaborate with regional and global counterparts to align priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and share best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, governance requirements, and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Master's degree preferred;
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience leading large-scale Shared Services, GBS, Business Operations, or Enterprise Support organizations in multinational environments.
- Proven track record of driving business transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change at scale.
- Experience leading large, multi-layered, geographically dispersed teams and building high-performing organizations.
- Strong background supporting Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, or other general business support functions.
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills, including budgeting, performance management, and value creation.
- Experience leveraging digital solutions, automation, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed global organization.
- Ability to travel internationally.
