Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary HR contact and strategic partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs, organizational challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and succession management initiatives.
- Advise on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management issues.




- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support business goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Support organizational design and change management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation reviews, and talent development planning.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in advising and partnering with senior management.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a strong asset.
- Experience supporting teams in the Toluca region or similar industrial hubs is preferred.
