Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Application Support & Integration Lead to support, configure, and manage industrial applications and alarm management systems within manufacturing and operational environments.
The adecuado candidate will possess strong expertise in IT/OT integration, industrial systems, cloud technologies, and project delivery, with a strong understanding of operational technologies such as SCADA, MES, Asset Reliability, and Process Engineering systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application support and administration for Alarm Management Systems, including PCN Alarm Management solutions.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, databases, network connections, firewall configurations, reporting tools, and dashboards.Support integration between IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.Manage SQL database connectivity, application configurations, and system performance monitoring.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure reliable application performance.Support and enhance solutions related to SCADA, MES, Operations, Asset Reliability, and Process Engineering.Drive cloud-enabled initiatives leveraging Microsoft Azure, Mobility, IoT, and Big Data technologies.Lead and participate in digital transformation and modernization projects.Ensure successful project delivery through planning, execution, testing, and deployment activities.Develop operational documentation, support procedures,



and system configuration standards.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve system reliability.Support continuous improvement efforts across IT/OT ecosystems.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience supporting Alarm Management Systems.Experience with PCN Alarm Management solutions preferred.Knowledge of PAS PSI systems is highly desirable.Experience with:Application configuration and administrationSQL Databases and database connectivityNetwork connectivity and firewall configurationReporting and dashboard setup/configurationStrong understanding of IT/OT Integration concepts and architectures.Experience with:SCADA SystemsManufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Operations Technology environmentsAsset Reliability solutionsProcess Engineering applicationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, Cloud Computing, Mobility, IoT, and Big Data platforms.Experience delivering end-to-end technology projects and transformation initiatives.Professional SkillsExcellent organizational and communication skills.Strong team management and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Flexible attitude with a continuous learning mindset.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in industrial manufacturing, process industries, energy, oil & gas, chemicals, or similar operational environments.Exposure to digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing initiatives.Knowledge of alarm rationalization, alarm performance monitoring, and operational excellence frameworks.Experience Required8+ years of experience in IT/OT systems, industrial applications support, or related technical roles.Proven experience in project execution, delivery, and transformation programs.Demonstrated experience working with enterprise and operational technology platforms in industrial environments.Location: MexicoHiring Model: FTEJob Segment: Cloud, Technical Support, Database, Process Engineer, SQL, Technology, Engineering
