Prior experience in a sales support role1-2 Years of Administrative ExperienceHelping the sales team to improve their productivity by organizing high-quality, up-to-date supportmaterial such as E-RATE & agreement reports, presentations, etc.Respond to urgent internal calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailableTrack orders to ensure customers receive products in a timely mannerReview Presales tickets for Resource completion and Client quote delivery (Close)Escalate ongoing or urgent issues to the Solutions Consultant or Inside Sales Representative forresolution, as neededCollect and process paperwork from customers to include onboarding paperwork, statement ofwork, etc.Submit returns and/or credits for the assigned region and follow to completionBuild and collaborate with sales on renewal quotes for hardware, software, warranty andcontract supportProvide innovative ideas on sales support process improvements.
