Whether your strength is back-end work in Ruby on Rails or front-end work in React, you'll have room to grow into a full-stack engineer.You'll work closely with product designers, company leaders and other engineers to ship solutions that meet customer needs and drive the company's growth.
// ABOUT THE CLIENT## Who you'll work with.LinqLinq is a U.S. technology company whose messaging and networking products are used by businesses across the United States.
Its engineering team ships across a Ruby on Rails back end and React front end.
// WHAT YOU'LL DO## Responsibilities.
* Design, develop and maintain software that improves Linq's products.
* Work with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
* Write clean, efficient, maintainable code to a high quality standard.
* Troubleshoot and debug to improve performance and resolve issues.
* Take part in code reviews, testing and technical documentation.
* Help improve the team's engineering processes and tools.
// QUALIFICATIONS## What we're looking for.
* English fluency.
* Proficiency in Ruby (e.g. Ruby on Rails) or JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g. React, Next.js).
* Familiarity with web frameworks such as Rails, React, React Native or Next.js.




* Willingness to work across the full stack and learn new technologies as needed.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
* Excellent communication and teamwork.

* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Understanding of testing frameworks and automated testing.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
