Upon receiving your contract, you will be required to agree that you have no claim against Omni Interactions, either under this agreement or otherwise, for vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, contributions to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), workers compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, or any other employee benefits as required under Mexican labor laws or regulations.
