POSITION SUMMARYProvides analysis and reports on complex financial information.
Plans and projects financial information using knowledge of advanced financial theory and systems.
Prepares recommendations to all levels of management.
Acts as a mentor to the financial analysts/cost accountants.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops, maintains, and provides insightful financial information to support central finance and senior management.Assists the Finance Manager in preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly financial foreasts.Provides financial analysis to support monthly operational reviews with line organizations.Provides a guiding role for the department's financial analysts/cost accountants in developing and maintaining PC-based analytical tools.Develops successful working relationships with other AE departments,



including but not limited to Operations and General AccountingConducts special projects which provide creative and insightful interpretation of business issues from a quantitative standpoint.Conducts regular presentations to management.Acts as a contact for both internal and external audit.WORK ENVIRONMENTWorks in a standard office environment utilizing standard office equipment.
Some travel may be required.SKILLSAbility to work with all functional organizations and all levels of personnel.Ability to tailor financial information for various levels of the organization.Prior experience with a Financial software package, preferably an integrated ERP system.Excellent PC skills including advanced proficiency in MS-Office, primarily Excel and Access.
