About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analista de Siniestros y Recuperación de Seguros to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for the efficient processing and resolution of insurance claims, ensuring that all payouts are accurate and that opportunities for subrogation and recovery are maximized. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance claims handling, excellent investigative skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with policyholders, third parties, and internal legal teams to manage claims from inception to closure, with a specific focus on recovery efforts. This remote-first position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in digital communication tools, and the ability to manage a caseload independently. Key Responsibilities

- Investigate, evaluate, and process insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
- Determine coverage, liability, and damages for each claim.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather necessary information.
- Identify subrogation and recovery opportunities and pursue them vigorously.
- Negotiate settlements with third parties and their representatives.
- Manage a caseload of claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Maintain detailed and organized claim files,



including all correspondence and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary for complex claims or litigation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably with a focus on property and casualty or liability lines.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and pursuing subrogation and recovery actions.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy language, and claims processes.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
