Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement complex flight control systems and algorithms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of flight software and hardware components.
- Analyze flight data to identify areas for performance improvement and anomaly resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including aerodynamicists, structural engineers, and software developers, to integrate systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry best practices in aviation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in flight systems engineering or a related aviation role.
- Proven experience with flight control laws, simulation, and embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
- Strong understanding of aerospace principles, including aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and avionics.
