You design how a person works alongside an agent: what they see, what they sign, what they can undo. This is serious product design for large operations, not pretty screens.

The role

- Design flows where the agent proposes and the person signs, with everything in view and an Undo.
- Own the design system for the platform and the website.
- Test with people in operations, not only with the team.
- Work with the code: prototypes that run, not just slides.

Your first 90 days

- Day 30

You learn the design system and ship your first screen to production.

- Day 60

You lead the redesign of a whole module, from observation to production.

- Day 90

A decision of yours changed how a client works, and you can measure it.

Stack and tools

What we look for

Must have





- A portfolio with real product, not only concepts.
- Judgment to remove: less text, fewer colors, fewer steps.
- You understand dense data and make it readable.
- You can hold your own in HTML and CSS.

Nice to have

- Experience in enterprise or operations software.
- React and Tailwind.
