Quinez Agency is looking for a reliable, organized, and persistent Sales Development Representative to help generate qualified insurance sales opportunities for our U.S.-based sales team.

This role focuses on contacting leads, following up with prospects, re-engaging previous quotes, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments. You will help keep the sales pipeline organized so licensed producers can focus on advising clients and closing business.

Compensation range is a proposed recruiting range and should be finalized based on experience and the approved compensation plan.

Role is only open to candidates who live in MEXICO

Responsibilities

- Contact new leads and follow up with existing prospects.
- Re-engage previous quotes, winbacks, and qualified customer opportunities.
- Ask discovery questions and identify potential insurance needs.
- Schedule appointments and qualified conversations for licensed producers.




- Maintain accurate notes, contact records, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
- Track daily activity, contact rates, appointments, and qualified opportunities.
- Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures.
- Attend daily team meetings and communicate pipeline updates.

Requirement

- Excellent spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Clear phone communication and professional writing skills.
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and dependable attendance.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and online business tools.
- Previous sales, appointment-setting, or call-center experience preferred.
- Must follow all agency privacy, data security, and approved communication procedures.
