Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Oracle Fusion Support Analyst to provide functional support and optimization for Fusion HR applications in Mexico City.
You will work with HR, Talent, Payroll, IT and other teams to resolve issues, implement updates, and enhance reporting capabilities.Required are 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud support, 5–10 years in HCM or enterprise systems, and strong English communication for engagement with US-based stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
