You'll bring strong leadership, hands-on operating experience and a drive to improve financial performance.// ABOUT THE CLIENT## Who you'll work with.Rainsford CapitalRainsford Capital backs a fast-growing home services platform that is expanding through acquisitions across multiple locations.// WHAT YOU'LL DO## Responsibilities.* Own the financial strategy and give the CEO, executives and investors the insight to make decisions.* Lead FP&A;: budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling.* Oversee all accounting, including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll and tax compliance.* Deliver timely, accurate GAAP reporting and manage external audits.* Support due diligence and integration of acquired businesses,
