About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of the company's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Manage a portfolio of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders across various departments to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement.
- Drive the adoption of new digital technologies and platforms, including cloud, AI, automation, and data analytics.
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives across the organization.
- Measure and report on the progress and impact of digital transformation programs,



demonstrating ROI.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and agile methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, assessing their potential impact and application.
- Effectively manage remote project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management, digital strategy, or business transformation.
- Proven experience successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends (e.g., cloud computing, AI, machine learning, IoT, big data).
- Expertise in change management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
