The adecuado candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic vision for the future of agriculture in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic operational plans for crop production, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processes.Manage and supervise a diverse team of farm workers, agronomists, and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards.Oversee the allocation and efficient use of resources, including water, fertilizers, pesticides, and machinery.Monitor crop health, identify potential risks, and implement timely interventions to mitigate issues like pests, diseases, and adverse weather conditions.Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and food safety certifications.Manage budget, control costs, and optimize profitability for the farming operations.Collaborate with research and development teams to introduce and test new crop varieties and farming techniques.Maintain detailed records of all farming activities, yields,



and financial transactions.Foster a positive and productive work environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in agricultural management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience in managing large-scale farming operations, preferably in regions similar to Culiacán, Sinaloa .
