Job Description:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Keep the production machines in optimal conditions2.
Lead the team of maintenance technicians to respond in a timely manner to the maintenance needs of the production machinery3.
Actively participate in the training of new staff4.
Monitor the compliance of the ranges of TPM in each of the operations, and maintain controlled and updated said ranges5.
Promote and propely utilize the systems, procedures and practices described in the systems of quality, environment and safety.6.
Preparation of requisitions for all personnel assigned area.7.
Participation and evaluation of failures presented on different machines.8.
Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF *******.
Complies with ISO ***** according to FTM-EHS-12.
