In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing activities that support operational requirements and Supply Chain objectives.

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting business operations while helping drive innovation and excellence in aerospace procurement.What You Will DoIdentify qualified suppliers for requirements, fully leveraging existing agreementsManage purchase order placement process from requisition to invoice payment for assigned commodities within the Indirect teamObtain price quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery in support of commodity supplier and cost strategiesAnalyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendationsEnsure product on-time delivery to scheduleInitiate supplier negotiations on price, lead time and terms & conditionsComplete purchase order documentation in accordance with company policies and proceduresEnsure timely placement of orders to support business needs and meet team defined turn timesStrong communication skills to interface with requisitioner and other functional groupsAbility to work as a team member independently based on additional projects as assigned to support Supply Chain organization.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering,
