(feasibility, cost and manufacturing).
Develop and build parametric 3D data autonomously according to construction standards and propose new ways to increase design efficiency with the level of quality required by EDAG and our clients.Define product and manufacturing requirements; support design to SOP.Apply GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure proper fit, function and gap-flush quality in the vehicle environment; Lead root‐cause and debug activities (8D, 5‐Why, Fishbone).
Manage the technical interface with suppliers: tooling feasibility,



engineering issues and PPAP approval.Train people in the team with less experience, coordinating and reviewing the work done by them.Communicate clearly with the client, presenting problems, proposals and possible solutions with associated advantages and risks.REQUIREMENTSBachelor ́s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronic engineering, Mechanicalengineering or related.5+ year of experience inside the automotive industry in development area.Knowledge in interior & exterior trim.Advance knowledge in APQP, DFMEA, DVP&R;, DFA, DFM, PPAP, GD&T; and Materials.
