Medallia is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the AI Platform team in Mexico City.
You will architect and develop the building blocks of our next-generation AI products.
You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class AI capabilities to enterprise customers.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three onsite days per week at our Mexico City office.
You will primarily support Collaboration Services engineering and provide on-site IT support as needed for end-user devices
