Senior Full Stack Technical Lead | C# / .NET | Remote (Mexico)

Monthly Net Salary: MXN $40,000 $45,000

Location: Remote, anywhere in Mexico
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (Central Mexico Time)
Work Modality: 100% remote, with approximately two on-site visits per month to Mexico City. Travel expenses are covered for candidates residing outside Mexico City.
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension for up to 3 years.
Expected Start Date: January 4, 2027.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience in C# and .NET to lead a team of three developers while remaining actively involved in software development.

The role combines technical leadership, software architecture, code reviews, mentoring, backend and frontend development, and the implementation of enterprise web applications.

You will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, ensuring development quality, and helping the team deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and provide technical guidance to a team of three developers.

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise web application architecture.

- Develop backend components, APIs, and frontend functionalities.

- Perform code reviews and establish development best practices.

- Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems.

- Work with relational databases and ensure efficient data management.

- Participate in technical analysis, estimations, testing, documentation, and controlled releases.

- Support production applications, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

- Mentor developers and promote technical knowledge sharing.





- Participate in technical meetings and communicate progress, risks, and solutions in English.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET.

- Full Stack development experience, including backend APIs and frontend technologies.

- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.

- Experience designing software architecture, layered applications, and dependency injection.

- Experience with relational databases and enterprise integrations.

- Knowledge of software testing, documentation, version control, deployment environments, and release management.

- Technical Conversational English is mandatory. Ability to independently participate in and lead technical discussions, explain architecture and development decisions, answer technical questions, and follow up on agreements with native English-speaking teams.

- Availability to start on January 4, 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

- ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

- Angular or React.

- SQL Server and T-SQL.

- Git and Azure DevOps.

- Scrum or Agile methodologies.

- Experience with enterprise platforms, ERP systems, or production support.

Experience Level

Senior-level professional with approximately 7 years of software development experience and 2 years in technical leadership as a reference.

These years are guidelines rather than strict requirements. Demonstrated technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and recent hands-on development experience are the priority.

Important: This is not a purely managerial position. The selected candidate must remain actively involved in software development.
