Together, we deliver solutions that make a Positive Impact in healthcare.Your Path to a High-Impact Oracle Fusion CareerAs an HCM Oracle Fusion Support Analyst, you will provide functional support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management applications.You will collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve system issues, support business requirements, manage quarterly updates, improve reporting capabilities, and optimize processes.What You'll DoApplication and Functional SupportProvide functional support for Oracle Fusion applications.Investigate and resolve production incidents, user inquiries, configuration issues, and service requests.Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.Maintain system configurations and identify opportunities for process improvement.Support multiple functional areas, including:Core Human ResourcesWorkforce StructuresOracle Recruiting CloudTalent and Performance ManagementLearning CloudCompensationBenefitsJourneysSecurityExperience in Core Human Resources, Oracle Recruiting Cloud,
