and provide actionable recommendations to management.Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and monitor spending.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.Support internal and external audit processes by providing relevant financial information and analysis.Stay informed about industry financial trends and best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or a related role.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.G., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.Experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Must be based in or willing to commute to Guadalajara, Jalisco, for the hybrid work arrangement.BenefitsOur client offers a competitive annual salary of Mexican Pesos, dependent on experience.
