You will play a vital role in optimizing financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze historical cost data to identify trends, efficiencies, and potential savings opportunities in food and beverage operationsDevelop, maintain, and refine annual budgets and forecasts for various departments and projectsMonitor actual expenditures against budget, investigate significant variances, and provide detailed explanationsPrepare regular financial reports, including variance analyses, cost performance reviews, and budget status updatesCollaborate with department heads to gather information, understand their budgetary needs, and ensure accurate forecastingAssist in the implementation of cost control measures and track their effectivenessEvaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, menu items,
