In this role, you will work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from market research and underwriting to due diligence, financing, and closing.
The position offers significant exposure to real estate acquisitions, financial modeling, valuation, and investment decision-making, with direct interaction with brokers, lenders, equity partners, attorneys, and other key stakeholders.
