Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BPO QA to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data annotation outputs by conducting quality audits, analyzing data, and maintaining alignment with project guidelines. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to clarify labeling rules, address quality concerns, and ensure that annotation standards are consistently followed across the project.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the same guideline training as labelers. Successful completion of the post-training qualification exam is a mandatory prerequisite before starting work.
• Perform data analysis, organize relevant datasets, and deliver regular data reports.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal questions about labeling rules: liaise with the client to align on rule interpretations, then sync and align these rules within the internal team.




• Carry out daily case sampling as required, to inspect and audit the labeling quality delivered by the labeler team. Requirements
• Native speaker of Mexican Spanish (es-MX)
• English level B2 or higher
• Required relevant TTS and ASR annotation experience.
• High ability of guidelines understanding.
• Quality management/calibration holding/data analysis ability.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in quality assurance, data annotation, or related roles.
• Experience with TTS and ASR annotation projects.
• Familiarity with quality management, calibration processes, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients and internal teams in remote or distributed work environments.
