We are looking for a Senior Associate, Maquiladora Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to join our International Trade & Compliance team. If you have experience with USMCA/T-MEC, rules of origin and certificates of origin, this could be a great opportunity to expand your expertise within a integral Trade Compliance organization. What you’ll do:
• Support and manage USMCA/T-MEC and other applicable Free Trade Agreements for maquiladora operations.
• Qualify and certify products for preferential tariff treatment.
• Manage Certificates of Origin and supporting documentation.
• Work with suppliers to obtain and validate FTA certifications.
• Support Rules of Origin, Regional Value Content (RVC), Tariff Shift and De Minimis analysis.




• Support FTA audits and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Partner with Sourcing, Engineering and Trade Operations.
• Support tariff classification activities when needed. What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in International Trade / Trade Compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of USMCA/T-MEC or other Free Trade Agreements.
• Understanding of Rules of Origin and Certificates of Origin.
• Knowledge of tariff classification / HTS is highly valuable.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with IMMEX/maquiladora operations is a plus.
