Every CDL-A driver who comes to C.R. England passes through a careful check first, and in this role you are the person who makes that check happen. From our Queretaro corporate office, you review driving records, criminal background and DOT employment history for each driver assigned to you, measuring them against FMCSA rules, DOT laws and company policy.

Your work week runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Much of your day is spent in English, by phone, email and fax, with agencies and companies across the United States.

C.R. England has a culture that puts safety first, and the reviews you complete help keep that standard in place before a driver ever starts.

Your Day to Day:

- Preclear drivers booked to show up to 3 weeks in advance
- Review Motor Vehicle Reports, CDLIS, background checks, PRE and PSP reports
- Complete CRM Checklist tasks for MVR, reports, criminal history, PSP and work history as New Hire Compliance requests
- Contact state licensing agencies, courthouses, insurance companies and other carriers to verify information
- Follow up with persistent calls, emails and faxes until you have what you need
- Unbook drivers who do not currently qualify under FMCSA rules,
