IOS BBP Sharing and database building.- Organize BU to build annual IOS BBPs sharing plan;- Build YF/BU IOS BBP database;7. Plan and implement YF IMS TQ audit.- Establish YF IMS TQ audit standard incl. auditor qualification, audit plant selection standard, audit planning and execution and reporting;- Establish YF IMS TQ audit team in all regions;- Conduct annual YF IMS TQ auditor training plan and implement;- Conduct annual YF IMS TQ audit plan, implement and drive for continuous improvement;- Plan and build YF IMS TQ BBP database;8.
