KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, analyze, and optimize data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain advanced **Macros**, **Power BI** dashboards and **Power Automate** workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality.
- Generate reports and visualizations to support business operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with the **Microsoft Power Platform**:




- Working knowledge of **Power BI** — report building, DAX basics, and data visualization best practices
- Experience with **Power Apps** (canvas and/or model-driven apps)
- Familiarity with **Power Automate** for workflow and process automation
- Understanding of **Dataverse** data structure, tables, relationships, and configuration
- Exposure to **Microsoft Fabric** (data pipelines, lakehouses, or semantic models is a plus)
- **Proficiency in SQL** — writing queries, filtering, joining tables, and basic data manipulation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
