Qualfon Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to provide daily transactional HR support to a high-volume call center. You will work on-site under the HR Manager, handling onboarding/offboarding, data management, and leave administration in compliance with federal and company policies.
The idóneo candidate has 3–5 years HR experience, strong communication, proficiency with ADP and SAP SuccessFactors, and a Bachelor's in HR or equivalent. SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus.
