Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and research potential new clients through various lead generation channels.

Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our client's products/services.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.

Present compelling solutions and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.

Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, moving them from initial contact to qualified opportunity.

Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.

Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach, preferably in a remote setting.

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through proactive communication.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.

Strong active listening and persuasive skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
