Job Summary Seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and manage endtoend hiring processes
Job Description Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive hiring plans Utilize diverse sourcing channels including social media professional networks and job boards to attract qualified candidates Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies processes and local employment laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle Coordinate with crossfunctional teams such as Onboarding IT COE and HR Business Partners to enhance recruitment workflows Manage candidate experience to maintain a positive and engaging recruitment journey Facilitate background checks medical tests and other preemployment processes Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to leadership to support informed decisionmaking
Roles and Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize staffing requirements
Source screen and shortlist candidates through calls interviews and assessments
Organize and participate in recruitment events including career fairs and assessment centers
Design tailored job descriptions and interview questions for specific roles
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market mapping to support hiring decisions
Maintain effective stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and smooth hiring processes
Track and achieve recruitment KPIs such as recruiter productivity source mix utilization and offertojoin ratios
Complete mandatory trainings and ensure adherence to recruitment best practices
Coordinate scheduling of interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
