Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue (RevPAR).

Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to identify revenue opportunities and risks.

Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and optimal utilization.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue trends, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
