Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Configure course structures, user roles, and permissions within the LMS.

Manage user enrollment, course creation, and content uploading.





Provide technical support and training to instructors and students on LMS usage.

Generate reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.

Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to ensure seamless integration of learning materials.

Stay updated on LMS best practices, new features, and relevant educational technology trends.

Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for the LMS.

Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS platform.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role managing educational platforms.

Proven experience with at least one major LMS (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, D2L).

Strong understanding of learning management system functionalities and administration.

Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data management and report generation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Experience with SCORM and other e-learning standards is a plus.

Customer service orientation and a passion for supporting learners and educators.
