Actividades a realizar: Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de entrenadores actuales y futuros, implementar el plan anual de capacitación y dar seguimiento a su cumplimiento, coordinar entrenamientos técnicos, onboarding y certificaciones. Diseñar e implementar aplicaciones en Power Apps. Desarrollar dashboards de KPIs en Power BI. Asegurar control documental.
