Key Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.

Verify the authenticity of currency and checks to prevent fraud.

Manage a cash drawer, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.





Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting with inquiries.

Adhere strictly to all company policies and security procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.

Handle customer returns and exchanges according to established guidelines.

Communicate effectively with management regarding any discrepancies or issues.

Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy for small items or promotional materials handled at the point of sale.

Requirements

Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role involving financial transactions.
