About the Role
Our client, a dynamic marketing agency specializing in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Asistente Virtual to support their growing marketing team. This fully remote position is ideal for an individual passionate about food, social media, and digital marketing, who thrives in a versátil work environment. You will be instrumental in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating communications, supporting social media campaigns, and assisting with various marketing projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities in Spanish, and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote-first opportunity to contribute to exciting campaigns for top culinary brands from the comfort of your home office, based anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize digital files and calendars for the marketing team.

Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments.

Handle email correspondence and manage communication between team members and clients.

Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms.

Conduct online research for market trends, competitor analysis, and content ideas.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and projects.





Manage online databases and CRM systems.

Assist with proofreading and editing marketing materials.

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.

Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A passion for food and the hospitality industry is a significant plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
