Agribusiness Technology Specialist (Remote) Our client is a global leader in agricultural technology solutions and is seeking a highly motivated Agribusiness Technology Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role will focus on supporting and implementing cutting-edge technological solutions for agribusinesses across various regions. The specialist will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, recommend appropriate software and hardware integrations, and provide ongoing technical support. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in agricultural management systems, data analytics, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation in the agricultural sector. This is a remote-first position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with agribusiness clients to assess their technology requirements and challenges.
Recommend, implement, and configure agribusiness software solutions, including farm management systems (FMS), ERPs, and data analytics platforms.
Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients on new technologies and software features.
Analyze client data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and contribute to the enhancement of existing and new technologies.
Create and maintain documentation for software configurations, best practices, and support procedures.




Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in agricultural technology and digitalization.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Contribute to the development of strategies for scaling technology adoption within the agribusiness sector.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in agribusiness, agricultural technology, or a related role, with a strong focus on technology implementation and support.
Proven experience with farm management software (e.g., SAP Agribusiness, John Deere Operations Center, Climate FieldView) or similar agricultural data platforms.
Solid understanding of data analytics, database management, and reporting tools.
Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with experience using virtual meeting and project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical users.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset.
Experience in a client-facing consulting or support role is highly desirable.
