About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Agente de Seguros to join their team in Acapulco, Guerrero . This position focuses on providing specialized insurance solutions related to Responsabilidad Civil for individuals and businesses. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of liability risks and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and managing the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to building long-term client relationships. As a client-facing role, presence in the Acapulco office is essential for team collaboration and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect for new clients needing Responsabilidad Civil insurance coverage.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand specific liability risks.

Explain various liability insurance policies, including general liability, professional liability, and directors & officers liability.

Provide expert advice on appropriate coverage levels and policy features.

Develop and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction.

Manage client accounts,



providing ongoing service and support.

Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and new products related to liability insurance.

Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of Responsabilidad Civil policies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain technical insurance terms in an understandable way.

Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of the local market in Acapulco is a plus.
