Impact Clients is seeking a Head of YouTube to lead Richard Yu's channels and the in-house creative team. You will own growth metrics, craft strategy, write first-person scripts, and guide editors and writers to publish high-performing videos.
You will plan content, test ideas, and ensure videos convert views into leads and sales, while partnering with leadership to set direction and KPIs. This role is fully remote, full-time, with overlap to US Eastern hours.
