Freight Accounting Analyst Description - The Logistics Finance team is seeking recent graduates in Financial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields who are interested in starting and developing their careers as Financial Analysts. This role provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, trend and variance analysis, and process automation. You will work with tools such as S/4 HANA, Power BI, and other financial platforms while supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making. Responsibilities Performs account reconciliations and journal entries and supports month-end closing activities.
Extracts and analyzes financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and key financial drivers.
Supports financial analysis for the Logistics Finance organization and provides insights to key stakeholders.
Supports budgeting and forecasting activities, including expense reviews and variance analysis.
Interprets financial information, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow data.
Develops an understanding of the organization's financial processes, operations, and business.
Supports financial reporting activities while ensuring compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies.
Uses tools such as S/4 HANA, Power BI, and other platforms to analyze data and support process automation.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance activities.
Supports priority projects through research, data analysis, and regular communication with internal stakeholders. Education & Experience
Recommended Four-year degree in Financial Engineering, Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Recent graduate or typically 0-2 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
