Job Purpose
Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers. 50 trucks.
Develop and implement Sales and Service strategies in the Key Accounts and Risk Accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction and market share
Provide product, warranty, and application training to support sales objectives.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and ensure that sales policy commitments are processed.
Develop and implement business plans in the territory of their responsibility to support the company's objectives.
Establish internal reports with customer activities. o Sales activities: gains / losses, products, sales obstacles, accounts at risk.
o Call reports: product needs, performance issues, competitive activities, market trends.
o Business status and market trends.
Education and Qualifications




University Degree Engineering or similar
Skills Experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in the field of commercial vehicles.
Product knowledge of powertrain is desirable.
