Responsibilities Design and build scalable, durable software foundations that meet business and technical goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality products Contribute to technical conversations that influence architecture and project direction Review teammates’ code and provide actionable feedback to uphold quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across all phases of software development Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their technical capabilities Participate in planning sessions and share input on scope and timelines Track industry trends and introduce useful ideas into everyday team practices Document technical decisions and implementation approaches to support long-term maintainability Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and verify outcomes match agreed expectations Requirements Proven experience of 3 years in a related professional role Extensive proficiency in Python to build robust backend architecture and services Hands-on experience with React to deliver responsive,
