The Role-Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administratorisresponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagement,configuration,andsupportofthe Salesforceplatform. Aspartofthe Salesforce Centreof Excellence(Co E),thisroleensuresthestability,usability,andsecurityof Salesforceenvironments,whilesupportingbusinessuserswithqueries,enhancements,andissueresolution. The Salesforce Administratorplaysakeyroleinplatformoperations,usermanagement,dataoptimisationandongoingimprovementstodeliverarobustandefficient CRMexperiencealignedwithbusinessobjectives. Therightindividualwillplayakeyroleinaidingourteamtodeliver24/5globalsupport.

What you will do

Salesforce Management&Support;

- Manageuseraccounts,roles,permissionsets,profiles,andsecuritysettings.




- Handleday-to-daysupportrequestsandsystemadministrationtasks.
- Monitorsystemperformance,conductroutinemaintenance,andmanagescheduledjobs.
- Performdataimports,deduplication,anddataqualitychecks.

Configuration&Enhancement;

- Configureobjects,fields,pagelayouts,recordtypes,andlistviews.
- Buildreportsanddashboardstosupportbusinessdecision-making.
- Createandmaintaindeclarativeautomationsuchasvalidationrules,workflows,andflows.
- Assistwithuseracceptancetestinganddeploymentofconfigurationchanges.

Training&Documentation;

- Providetrainingandguidancetousersacrossteamstoensureeffectiveplatformuse.
- Maintainplatformdocumentationincludingconfigurationrecords,userguides,and FAQs.
- Contributetouseronboardingandplatformadoptionactivities.
- Serveasaliaisonbetweenendusersandtechnicalteamstorelayfeedbackandenhancementopportunities.

Skills we're looking for
- Essential Skills&Experience;
- Experienceadministering Salesforceenvironments(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,or Revenue Cloud).
- Strongknowledgeof Salesforcestandardfunctionalityandconfigurationtools.
- Excellentproblem-solvingandcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandsupportrequestsinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Proficiencywithdatatools(e.g., Data Loader).

- Desirable Skills

- Relevant Salesforce Certifications.
- Experiencewithusertrainingorplatformadoptioninitiatives.
- Experiencewith SOQL, Prompt Engineering&Flows;
- Familiaritywith Dev Opstoolssuchas Gearset, Copado,or SFDX.
- Experienceworkingwith Agile,product-centricdeliverymodels,or Co Es.
- Proficientand Fluentinadoptionandapplicationof AItoolingandsolutions
