About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Manager with a strong focus on Quality Control to join their team in Zapopan, Jalisco. This leadership position involves overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient inventory management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all pharmacy staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures for all pharmaceutical preparations and dispensed medications.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy practice.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and managing expiration dates to minimize waste.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve pharmacy operations and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality and safety.
- Manage pharmacy budgets and financial performance.




- Provide exceptional patient care and counseling on medication use.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valid and unrestricted pharmacist license in Mexico.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pharmacy management or a related leadership role.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing quality control systems within a pharmacy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, best practices, and quality assurance principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with pharmacy information systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
