Copeland is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruiting strategy and lead a team of recruiters in a remote-first environment. You will mentor, manage end-to-end hiring, collaborate with stakeholders, and use analytics to optimize performance and employer branding.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred. This is a high-impact, globally distributed team role.
