Accounts Payable

-

- Process and record invoices in the ERP system.

- Manage PO and non-PO invoices.

- Reconcile vendor statements.

- Analyze Accounts Payable aging (AP Aging).

- Prepare payment proposals.

- Schedule and execute payments.

- Follow up with vendors and resolve discrepancies.

- Support Accounts Payable month-end closing activities.

- Identify and resolve invoice exceptions related to quantity, pricing, receipt discrepancies, and other issues.

Treasury

-

- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly cash positions.

- Review and reconcile bank transactions.

- Execute payments to vendors, payroll, and tax authorities.

- Determine cash requirements and schedule payments.

- Support the plant’s cash flow forecasting process.

- Manage intercompany transactions and other Treasury-related activities.

Required Qualifications

-





- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, and/or Treasury.

- Experience working in manufacturing companies, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Experience with an ERP system; PLEX experience is a plus.

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

- Experience preparing payment runs and payment proposals.

- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate via email and participate in basic business conversations.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and identify exceptions without requiring constant supervision.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
