Position: Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities QA

- Support and improve quality systems, processes, and manufacturing standards.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement preventive measures.
- Utilize statistical tools and process controls to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Train and support production teams on quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Support quality corrective and preventive actions by validating, creating, performing, and sustaining testing methodologies to support production goals.

Qualifications QA

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Quality Assurance, Engineering,



or relevant manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in an ISO-certified or regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience in steel container manufacturing, metal forming, stamping, or related processes is a strong plus.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Minitab, ERP Systems, Power BI and other data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical and qualitative analysis methods
- Experience with Quality tools and methodologies
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, technical curiosity, and follow-through.
