This role is idóneo for a consultant who combines structured problem-solving with strong execution, takes ownership of assigned work, and translates analysis into clear insights and client-ready deliverables.

What You'll Do

Analysis & Insight Development

- Conduct research, benchmarking, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and data synthesis to uncover insights and inform recommendations.
- Build a strong understanding of client goals, stakeholders, priorities, and business needs to support successful engagements.
- Translate complex information into clear findings, practical recommendations, and compelling client-ready materials.

Project Execution & Ownership

- Support project execution by coordinating key activities, tracking progress, managing action items, and helping teams stay organized and on schedule.
- Take ownership of assigned work, proactively identify risks, communicate challenges, and seek solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

Client & Team Collaboration

- Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops by contributing ideas and building trusted relationships with clients and team members.
- Create and communicate clear updates, presentations, analyses, agendas, and other project materials tailored to different audiences.





Professional Growth & Firm Contribution

- Embrace coaching and feedback to expand consulting, healthcare, and industry expertise and continuously develop new skills.

What You'll Bring

Required

- 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills in English (C1+).
- Structured thought process, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and an ownership mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

- Foundational knowledge of healthcare concepts, terminology, operations, or technology.
- Experience supporting client-facing work or collaborating with U.S.-based clients and teams.
- Experience preparing professional presentations, analyses, status updates, or other client-ready deliverables.
