When an agent writes to a client's system, a mistake shows up outside. You design the tests and reviews that keep a change from breaking what already operates.

The role

- Write and maintain automated tests for the critical flows.
- Test agents against real cases before every change.
- Review deployments and stop them when needed.
- Follow every incident to its cause and its test.

Your first 90 days

- Day 30

You learn the critical flows and write their first tests.

- Day 60

You own the tests for a whole module.

- Day 90

No deployment ships without your review.

Must have

- You have written automated tests on a real project.
- You find the case nobody tested.
- You write reports that can be reproduced.
- You code enough to automate.

Nice to have

- End-to-end testing.
- Experience with product in production.
